Candice Signa has been a professional Realtor in Santa Barbara County since 1997, beginning her career in Santa Barbara and winning yearly awards for sales production and outstanding client satisfaction. She and her husband and 2 children relocated to the Santa Ynez Valley in 2002 for the idyllic, peaceful way of life, great schools, familiar feeling of country, and sweet community of people.
Candice especially loves working with First Responder clients: representing Police, Fire, EMT, Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Medical and all branches of the Military. As the wife of a 25-year veteran Police Lieutenant, Candice is committed to those who serve and protect us. Adept at making stressful situations calm, positive, and productive through information and availability, Candice is committed to delivering solutions to even the most specific or unusual real estate needs or requirements for her clients. She enjoys going above and beyond to make clients happy.
Active in her church Worship Team, Candice is a professionally trained ballet dancer and vocalist. Candice has sung in Solvang Christmas pageants, charity opera performances, let her voice to albums which won The Hawaiian Music Award for Best Album in both 2011 and 2012, and sang in the 2011 awards ceremony in Honolulu, Oahu.
Unlike most everyone else in the Santa Ynez Valley, Candice is actually afraid of horses. 🙂 Her cowboy boots are all for show.
When Candice is not at home and selling houses in the Santa Ynez Valley, chances are you’ll find her with her family in Hawaii. Candice and her husband, Mark, call Hawaii their second home. With lots of friends and the sense of a community of caring so similar to the Santa Ynez Valley, the Signa family enjoys time in the Hawaiian islands each year. Candice loves the ocean. Both she and her husband are advanced certified scuba divers and enjoy deep sea fishing. In Hawaii, the ‘Aloha Spirit’ is a sense of treating others as you would want be treated, as family, with a sense of joy. As the ALOHA Realtor for the Santa Ynez Valley, that sense of caring and respect is what Candice endeavors to bring to every client, every time, in every situation.
